Jim Abbott was born with only one hand, but rose through the ranks from pitching on Team USA in the 1988 Summer Olympics, to pitching for a decade in Major League Baseball. He ended his pitching career in 1999 with our own Milwaukee Brewers. He is unique as a sports speaker, because of his story and his appeal to all audiences, including non-sports fans. He tells of overcoming adversity, lessons learned and anecdotes from his storied career as a professional baseball pitcher.
