IndependenceFirst  has received funding from the Public Service Commission (PSC) to bring the TEPP program to Waukesha, Ozaukee and Washington Counties.  We can assist with equipment selection, co-pays and installation. Qualified participants are:

 1) Wisconsin Residents;

 2) People with speech, mobility or motion

     disability;

 3) People who need special equipment to use a

     home telephone (such as a large print caller ID,

     hands free speaker phone, photo dialers, etc.)

TEPP is a program to help people with disabilities to buy equipment they need in order to use basic telephone services.  TEPP is paid for by the WI Universal Service Fund (USF), funded by the PSC. Tonya Villwock, Independent Living Coordinator is available for consultations by calling (414) 226-8138 V/Relay or emailing tvillwock@independencefirst.org.

“TEPP has made it possible for me to communicate and be productive. I am very grateful.”
