Resource Center

The Resource Center is available to persons with disabilities, their family members and community members as a drop-in location to obtain information about IndependenceFirst and other community-based programs and services. The Resource Center maintains a library of useful materials, including disability-specific information, civil rights laws, community organization brochures and publications. Staff are available to assist with providing information and identifying additional resources that may not be readily available within the Resource Center. Appointments are encouraged.

The purpose of the Resource Center is to provide a centralized location with comprehensive information that is useful and relevant to persons with disabilities in our community.

Consumer Responsibilities/Expectations
Staff will be happy to assist persons with disabilities and community members with information; however, it is the individual's responsibility to contact individual agencies for application materials and additional information.
