A group to learn and practice mindfulness skills
Fun and interactive workshops covering mindfulness & self-care skills, including how to meditate, relaxation tips, movement, using the 5 senses, mindful eating, and how to practice self-care. RSVP required
Meetings will take place at Frame Park in Waukesha or WCTC Waukesha Campus Location will be emailed to group day prior depending on weather.
Group meets on Thursdays from 2:00-3:30pm on these dates:
