The Long Term Healthcare Consumer Advocacy Team
provides opportunities for education, advocacy and systems change relating to long term care. This team assists consumers in learning how to manage their own health care. Additionally, the committee will provide information on ways to access community resources.
The Meetings will be held on the 2nd
Tuesday of every month from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm at IndependenceFirst
in Room 106C.
