Join in the fun! Learn about the benefits of meal prepping while practicing your cooking skills and socializing with your peers. Participants will take home a full meal each week! 

 All meetings will take place at Independence First 
540 S 1st St, Milwaukee, WI 53204 

Group meets on the following Thursdays from 5:00pm – 7:30pm 

Thursday, April 4th 2024 - Session 1 

Thursday, April 11th 2024 - Session 2

Thursday, April 18th 2024 - Session 3

Thursday, April 25th 2024 - Session 4

Thursday, May 1st 2024 - Session 5

To maintain a smoke-free environment, please also refrain from smoking in paths of travel and doorways.
