The ADA: Your Rights and the Complaint Process

The workshop will include information about: 

• The rights of people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deaf-Blind under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 
• Rights and barriers to accessing mental health and Substance Use Disorder services and supports for this population 
• Additional resources

• Denise Johnson, Wisconsin Statewide Project Coordinator for Substance Use Disorder and mental health services for people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deaf-Blind 
• Anastasia Heckendorf, Behavioral Health Initiative (BHI) Project Coordinator, services for people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deaf-Blind
