Adaptive Birding is an inclusive outdoor program that invites participants to explore Wisconsin’s natural spaces while learning to identify local bird species and use adaptive equipment designed to make birding accessible for all. Whether you are new to birding or have years of experience, this relaxed and supportive group offers a chance to build skills, connect with others, and enjoy the sights and sounds of spring in a welcoming environment.

The group meets at a variety of scenic locations across the Milwaukee area, including Lion’s Den Gorge, Havenwood State Forest, Eisenbahn State Park, and Lake Park. Sessions are held on select mornings and evenings, and specific meeting locations and addresses will be shared after registration. Please note that transportation is not provided.
