Looking for a welcoming space to connect, share experiences, and feel heard?
Care & Share Circle is a small peer support group where people with disabilities can come together to discuss everyday experiences, exchange practical coping strategies, and encourage one another through life's ups and downs.
Whether you're navigating challenges, celebrating personal successes, or simply looking to connect with others who understand, this group offers an opportunity to share and learn from one another in a supportive environment.
Participants are welcome to share their stories, offer encouragement, or simply listen. There's no pressure to speak. Everyone's experiences and perspectives are valued.
To encourage meaningful conversation and personal connections, the group is limited to six participants.
Dates: Mondays, November 16, 23, 30, and December 7, 2026

Environmental Chemical Sensitivities
For the safety and comfort of those with chemical and environmental sensitivities, Independence First requests that when attending agency-sponsored events, please refrain from using any perfumed products such as scented soaps, deodorants, perfumes, colognes and heavily scented fabric softeners. To maintain a smoke-free environment, please also refrain from smoking in paths of travel and doorways.
