Party in the Park! is a free summer event series hosted by Independence First that brings people together for afternoons filled with outdoor fun, games, and community connection. Participants of all ages are invited to stop by local parks in Ozaukee and Washington counties to enjoy a variety of classic yard games, light snacks, and a relaxed social atmosphere while learning more about Independence First programs and services.

Whether you want to meet new people, spend time outdoors, or simply enjoy a fun afternoon in the park, this welcoming event series offers something for everyone. No RSVP is required, but it is appreciated. Independence First is committed to accessibility and encourages attendees to request accommodations in advance if needed.

2026 Dates and Locations:
• July 30 — Virmond Park, Mequon
• August 13 — Regner Park, West Bend
• August 27 — Possibility Playground at Upper Lake Park, Port Washington
