On Thursday, November 3rd, Independence First hosted our first Empower Social event. The intimate gathering featured an empowering keynote from motivational speaker and disability advocate Becky Curran Kekula, tours of the building, food and drink, as well as live music. We transformed the main conference room for the evening and welcomed great networking and inspired conversation.
